Signed copy of concussion information page in accordance with the Tennessee Sports Concussion Law
Signed copy of sudden cardiac arrest information in accordance with the Tennessee Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Act

Riverdale swimmers also need to be part of a local club team with which they can practice at least twice during the week. Local club teams to choose from include:
Germantown Gators - practices held at the Germantown Athletic Club
MJCC Blue Dolphins - practices held at the Memphis Jewish Community Center in East Memphis
Memphis Thunder - practices held at the St. George Compton Aquatic Center in Collierville
